4/10/2024 0 Comments May parent newsletter preschool![]() If you need an application for enrollment for a sibling, please notify the preschool office and a packet will be sent home. This allows a nice bold version to post on the class bulletin board or door, and the black and white version to send home with the children. Enrollment packets are automatically sent home to all students in The Twos and The Threes classes in mid-December, but not to Pre-K families. Preschool March Newsletters Two versions of the March Newsletter are included, one in color and another in black and white. Open registration will begin Tuesday, January 16th. Then, come back to it and proofread the entire newsletter. In the long run, it will take less time to do it this way. If possible, take a few hours and write out your entire newsletter in one sitting. Currently enrolled students may begin registering on Monday, January 8th siblings of currently enrolled students may begin registering on Wednesday, January 10th, with CHS church members and past Episcopal Preschool families enrolling on Thursday, January 11th. Fill in the empty sections of your template with a few photos and activities from the previous month. It has been a wonderful and rewarding 3 years working with wonderful families. To the parents, I say thank you for allowing me to be your child’s teacher. I will be taking some time off to take care of my son Nicolas. Registration for the 2024-2025 school year: Registration begins in January for the 2024-2025 school year. This is to inform you that my last day at Growing Years Preschool will be November 23, 2021. Templates are in PDF and include fillable fields so you can type in your own text to personalize the newsletters. If school is cancelled, we will send an email stating that The Episcopal Preschool will be closed for the day. 119 page Newsletter Packet in PDF includes templates for each month of the year including June, July, and August. May 10th- Celebrating Mothers Day at the preschool. PM- 10:30 am Preschool parents are invited if they want to join us MAY. In case of bad weather, The Episcopal Preschool follows the same school closing schedule as Lake Forest District 67. April 25th- Preschool Vector Control presentation- Mosquitoes. You can use your newsletter to simplify communication and preemptively answer parents’ questions. What do preschool parents need from a newsletter It’s important to remain personable when communicating with parents online. ![]() A preschool newsletter provides a central information hub for all families. Icy conditions and the wind chill factor will be taken into consideration.The final decision, of course, will be made with the safety and comfort of the children in mind. To communicate your plans for each month you may want to create a newsletter to share with families. Please note, if the “feels like” temperature is at least 15-20 degrees, we will try to get outside. The Weather… During January and February, it can be difficult to plan outside playtime. ![]()
